Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

to join our team serving primary care offices across the Hamilton region.

Position Summary:

As an RPN with Best Care, you will be responsible for delivering spirometry testing services directly in primary care settings. You will work closely with family physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support early detection of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform spirometry testing according to Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS) standards Educate patients about the purpose and procedure of spirometry testing Accurately document and transmit results to primary care providers Maintain equipment and ensure quality control standards are met Travel to and from various primary care offices in the Hamilton area Collaborate with Best Care team members and primary care clinicians Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and respect at all times

Qualifications:

Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RPN Previous experience in respiratory care or spirometry is an asset (training will be provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Passion for community health and patient-centered care Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinic environments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
