Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
