• Extended Appointment Durations: Our appointments are designed to provide ample time for in-depth assessments and effective treatments where you provide individualized 1 on 1 treatment with each patient. Each initial assessment lasts a full hour, while follow-up sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on the patient\'s needs.
• Individualized Treatment Rooms: We believe in fostering a comfortable environment for both our patients and our team members. Our clinic features individual treatment rooms with all the necessary tools and equipment.
• Modern Equipment: All our treatment rooms are equipped with mechanical Hi-Lo plinths and we have Storz Shockwave therapy, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Hydrocollator, TENS, NMES, Acupuncture needles, Kinesiology taping supplied & LASER.
• Large Gym Space: We have a large gym space with weights, resistance bands, BOSU, Balance Bar, weighted bars, cones and other equipment to teach exercise programs to our clients.
• Electronic charting: Our clinic is paperless and we use Jane App, a very modern charting software that\xe2\x80\x99s easy and efficient.
• Onsite Linen and Laundry Services: We provide onsite linen and laundry services, ensuring a seamless experience for our practitioners and patients.
• Efficient Front Desk Support: Our dedicated front desk team handles all billing, booking, and scheduling tasks, allowing our physiotherapists to focus solely on providing excellent care.
