Physio Connect, Physiotherapist clinic located in Mississauga serving Physiotherapy, Chiropractor, Massage therapy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture services.

We are seeking for a

Registered Physiotherapist/ Res. Physiotherapist

to practice at Multidisciplinary clinic owned by Physiotherapist

Available for Evening and Morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting

-Must be registered with Ontario college of Physiotherapist
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience in acute care settings, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers
- Knowledge and experience in treating TMJ, Pelvic patients is a plus

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques for pain management and rehabilitation
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems for documentation purposes
