We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to improve mobility and reduce pain Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and recovery techniques Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and confidentiality policies

Requirements

Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction Prior experience in hospital settings preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric patients Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate patients effectively Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
