Ace Wellness Clinic

is a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in Walnut Grove, Langley.

At Ace Wellness, we're committed to providing holistic, individualized, client-centered rehabilitation and prehabilitation programs with the latest research, innovation, and treatment and training techniques, of course, with a spoonful of compassion.

We have a 600 square-foot gym with turf, cable system, and squat racks as well as a throwing wall. We also have a Pilates reformer in our studio that can be used with your patients.

We're located just off Hwy 1, with high visibility and a growing list of patients!

Qualifications/Experience:

Registered Physiotherapist with a valid license to practice in British Columbia. Previous clinic experience a must Current busy caseload at a private clinic an asset

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments

of physical function, mobility, strength, and pain using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practice guidelines.

Deliver therapeutic interventions

, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS), IMS/acupunture, and education on posture, movement, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

, including physicians, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, and other health professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor and document client progress

, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

Educate clients and caregivers

on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management techniques.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Ensure compliance with the College of Health & Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)

regulations and professional standards of practice.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

, staff meetings, and continuing education to support clinical excellence and professional growth.

Supervise and mentor physiotherapy support staff

, students, or kinesiologists when applicable. Promote health and physical activity within the community and various populations.

Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
