Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior therapists for skill enhancement Conduct thorough patient assessments and customized treatment plans Track patient progress and modify treatment plans for optimal results Communicate clearly with patients, families and teams Keep meticulous and compliant patient records Empower patients with knowledge to self-manage conditions Engage in professional development with our education incentives

Requirements:

Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Proficiency with varied caseloads: MSK, neurological, sports injuries, post-op, MVA, WSIB cases Team player focusing on positive clinic culture and company success Commitment to ongoing mentorship for skill elevation Devotion to hands-on, exceptional patient care Long-term dedication to Harrow Physiotherapy with ambition of growth with the company
