Homestretch Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate
Physiotherapist
to join our multidisciplinary team in Guelph. Our clinic offers collaborative care in a supportive private practice environment, providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, reflexology, acupuncture, and psychotherapy services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients move and feel better through evidence-based, hands-on care. You will work closely with other practitioners to deliver individualized treatment programs that enhance mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term wellness and active living.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical function, mobility, and goals.
Develop and implement personalized treatment and exercise plans that align with client needs and clinic philosophy.
Use manual therapy, education, and active rehabilitation to support recovery and prevention.
Educate clients on self-management strategies, posture, and healthy movement habits.
Collaborate with other practitioners within the clinic to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on client experience and outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and emerging research in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Current registration and good standing with the
College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
.
Private practice or outpatient experience preferred.
Strong assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate clients.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Interest in community health, active aging, and holistic wellness is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $84.00-$126.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
