Registered Physiotherapist

Job Description
Objective:
Registered Physiotherapist works at Health Bound Health Network at Homecare division provides clinical care to various clients.
Qualifications:
? Master's Diploma in Physiotherapy
? Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
? Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
? The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Accountabilities:
? Perform home therapy assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
? Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on assessment
? Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
? Meet and or exceed productivity standards
? Administer and collect outcome measurement information
? Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
? Document and communicate care plan according to established guidelines and standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
Licence/Certification:
CPO registration (required)
Work Location: On the road
