Join our expanding and dynamic team as our Registered Physiotherapist in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic! This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) comprehensive assessments, customized treatment plans , developing SMART and patient centered rehabilitation goals, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.

? Completion of a Bachelors' or Masters' Program in Physical Therapy from recognized Canadian or International University.

? Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

? Proof of professional liability insurance.

? Active Assisted Devices Provider (ADP) license for mobility aids or intent to obtain ADP license from MOHLTC.

? Valid Drivers license and insurance

? Reliable vehicle

? Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months

Salary:

From $ 42.00 - 52.00 per hour
