Summary

Back to Function is currently seeking for a Registered Physiotherapist for our

clinic located in Bradford.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to identify, diagnose, and assess their condition(s) and guide clients in choosing the treatment plan that would benefit them the most. Educating clients, family members, and the community on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client treatments and treatments record Liaise with other healthcare providers to provide and receive relevant information about the medical history and progress of clients, as well as referring clients who require other specific healthcare provision. Must be aware of client's health status report and ongoing changes in health/other specific healthcare treatment. Complies with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association

Qualifications

Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc.PT). Must have good standing and current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists Proficient knowledge of physiotherapy interventions, practice methods and professional skills Must possess great interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrating compassion, courtesy and understanding in all patient interactions Professional, enthusiastic, passionate individual with a strong work ethic

Must be available for evenings and weekends
