Are you a Registered Pharmacy Technician with a keen interest in supporting pharmacy service delivery in a setting that allows you to participate in community and Long Term Care pharmacy service delivery? We are supporting a client pharmacy in Downtown Vancouver, BC with their search for an RPhT who will join a well-established pharmacy team and will focus on the delivery of patient care and service to retail and long term care patients (this is an operationally-focused role in dispensary). This is a fast-paced pharmacy with lots of healthcare professional overlap. Shift times are scheduled in advance and involve 8-hour shifts in the range of 9am - 6 pm (9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm). Weekends are on a rotating basis and the shift runs 7am - 3pm on weekends. - Full time, permanent role
- The pharmacy is open daily - weekends are shared on a fair rotation

- Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service
- Ensuring patient care and safety within scope while completing all typical duties of a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a community setting and operational duties of a long term care RPhT
- Supporting operations which may include staff supervision, inventory management support, dispensing duties and other tasks to optimize service opportunities, cost containment, patient retention and development
- Other duties as required to support patient care and safetyQualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in BC and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service for all patients
