Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Pharmacy Technician on behalf of a specialty pharmacy and IV infusion clinic in Victoria, BC. What Youll Do
Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently using Kroll
Maintain compliance with BC College of Pharmacists standards and protocols
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders
Prepare and package medications, including blister packs, compounding, and sterile products (if applicable)
Assist in organizing workflow for optimal service delivery
Support pharmacists in dispensing, documentation, and patient care coordination
Contribute to a high-touch, team-based service model
Help maintain paperless systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and providers
Participate in training, team huddles, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
Proficiency in Kroll and pharmacy workflow systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy or clinical environment is an asset
