Registered Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
Looking for a pharmacy technician for a new remote dispensing location in Hamilton. Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday: 8am-3pm
Must be a REGISTERED pharmacy technician.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and people friendly
Organizational skills
Efficiently work as a member of a team
Responsibilities ( but not limited to):
Receiving prescriptions from patients
Perform certain computer functions (as directed by the pharmacist)
counting and filling prescriptions
Answering phones and contacting other medical professionals
Maintaining inventory
Create and utilize master formulation records for compounds
compounding as per pharmacist's instructions
Required:
High school or equivalent
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Ontario
