How You'll Make an Impact

Managing the patient experience through outstanding customer service skills. Take intra-oral records and radiographs. Provide excellent assisting skills to our clinical team. Perform iTero scans. Provide oral health education to our patients and families. Fabricate and Prepare Models & Appliances Maintain Lab Equipment & Cleanliness Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

The Teammate We're Looking For

1+ years' experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. Completion of Ortho Module. Previous experience in an orthodontic office (preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community. Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills. Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
