Under the direction of the Director of Care or designate, the General Duty Nurse provides care to residents according to Langley Lodge policies and procedures and within limitations set forth by the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
Graduate from a recognized program for Licensed Practical Nurses, RPN or RN and a current license with BCCNM.
1 year experience working with elderly and/or post graduate studies in Gerontology a definite asset.
Seeking temporary nurse immediately. Temp assignment may be extended. Permanent opportunities may arise during temp assignment.
Successful candidate to temporary position will receive a signing bonus.
All nursing positions are part of the British Columbia Nurses Union Master Collective agreement (same as Health Authorities).
Location is close to parks, restaurants and shopping. On-site free parking for staff. Multiple staffing perks offered.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28.00-$44.00 per hour
