Qualifications: Current certification of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN/RPN and maintain membership in the RNAO. Previous primary care experience is preferred.

We are a dynamic primary health care team committed to the delivery of high quality patient- centered care. Our interdisciplinary team consists of RNs, RPNs, family physicians, mental health counsellors, psychiatrist, dietitians, and pharmacists. We use a fully integrated EMR.

As a registered nurse/registered practical nurse, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with 1 physician to provide clinical support to the practice 3 days per week. You will perform the initial patient assessment at each visit. You will have the opportunity to perform procedures within the nursing scope of practice including: immunizations, wound dressing, wart treatment, pap tests, ear syringing, and suture removal. You will also triage patient telephone calls as necessary and relay test results to patients over telephone.

Work Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9 am to 5 pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
