As a Registered Nurse ("RN") at trove, your role is of critical importance to our overall client
experience, and to our team.
Expectations + Values
The RN will follow the Medical Directive set by trove's Medical Director, and will report to
trove's General Manager. The main responsibilities include: providing IV drip and injectables
services to trove's patients in a skillful, diligent manner; utilizing downtime to propose / create
content for the trove newsletter and other channels; collaborate with other trove practitioners;
and maintain a sanitary, tidy IV lounge.

Responsibilities
Overseeing and administering our IV and injectables lounge, including preparing and
administering all IVs and injectables, in accordance with trove's Medical Directive
Using our booking system to confirm schedule, appointments, client preferences and
notes, and to add relevant treatment notes after each service
Ensuring IV lounge and common areas are kept neat, sanitized and clutter free at all
times, and that all equipment is in safe and working order
Actively promoting retail by first gaining a deep understanding of trove's retail offering,
and then recommending any products that could be beneficial or add value to the client
Helping to educate and provide support to all staff members whenever the opportunity
arises
Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and finding viable solutions to any
issues that may arise
Attending and contributing to staff meeting
Assisting with any other relevant duties as may arise
Liaising between management and the nursing team to ensure adequate schedule
coverage
Overseeing IV inventory and coordinating with management to ensure adequate orders
are placed and fulfilled when required
Qualifications + Experience
3+ years nursing / IV experience
At all times during the course of this agreement, you will be a registered member in good
standing of the College of Nurses of Ontario (the "College"), shall be qualified and
entitled to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ontario in accordance with the Regulated
Health Professions Act (Ontario), and be the holder of all permits, certificates and
licenses required to carry on your practice in a lawful manner.
You will provide services to trove's clients in a skillful, diligent, competent and
professional manner, always in compliance with the standards of law, professional ethics
and practice as required by the College, and to the best of your ability, experience and
talents, and will perform all of the duties that may be required of you pursuant to the
terms of this Agreement to trove's reasonable satisfaction.
You will at all times operate within the scope in which you are qualified to practice.
You will promptly notify trove of any complaints, investigations, charges, rulings or
findings initiated or made against you, whether by a trove client, a member of the public,
or any other person, College, regulatory body or law enforcement agency relating to you
or any services provided by you at any time.
You shall be solely responsible for your own professional membership dues, licensing
fees, continuing education costs, insurance costs, and any personal business licensing
fees. You will provide current copies of your license, membership and insurance to trove.
