Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

Registered Nurse

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Participate in community health initiatives and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse license in Canada. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BN) or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is an asset.
