Position Summary:

Provides professional nursing care to a specific group of patients, in accordance with the standards of nursing practice set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Trillium Health Partners

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of General Surgery Inpatient Surgical experience and/or more than 5 years of Experience in Multi-Specialty Nursing, Emergency or ICU is required Ability to think critically and effectively in order to prioritize needs with high flow volumes, in emergency situations Highly effective decision making, problem solving and organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Positive attendance and work record essential
