QUALIFICATIONS:

Be licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario RN/RPN Diploma PLP Insurance Have knowledge and understanding of the role of a Registered Nurse including team leadership skills and decision making Experience in providing competent and respectful care while meeting the physical and emotional needs of the Sister/Resident. Have experience with dementia care and behaviors. Preference will be given to candidates with positive attitude, pleasant personality, dignified appearance and behavior, good work habits and work well in a team setting.

CERTIFICATIONS

Current CNO license in good standing.

EXPERIENCE:

Long Term Care Facility or Equivalent. Experience in caring for those with Dementia. Experience in leading a team in providing excellent care to sisters/residents. The St. Joseph's Motherhouse is an inclusive employer.
