Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an administrative and clinical nurse.

This remote position focuses on providing administration support and clinically delegated assistance type of work with physicians specializing in sleep disorders, lifestyle medicine and obesity medicine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in mental health, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and in group settings.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include review of intake questionnaires, preparation of documentation, intake consultation visits, individual and group follow up visits, structured educational groups and group therapy, note taking and documentation, and team meetings, staying up to date with current medical trends, standards, guidelines, and best practices, related to the specialty area of focused practice, to ensure the highest quality standards of care are being provided to the patients.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ontario, BC, and/or Alberta.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong passion for mental health and a solid understanding of the following areas of focused practice: sleep disorders, lifestyle medicine, and obesity medicine.

Experience in case management and quality assurance is an asset.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and problem solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems (AVA) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

This is a virtual remote, work-from-home position.
