Registered Nurse (rn) Surgery Centre Pre/post

Job Description


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Current registration with the College Nurses of Ontario required
-Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
-Cardiac Interpretation skills required
-Certification in venipuncture and IV initiation
-PACU course and recent experience an asset
-Demonstrated clinical expertise and 5 years of recent experience in surgical nursing, both pre, post general anesthetic and post-op
-Previous critical care nursing an asset
-A good attendance and work record demonstrating reliability and dependability is essential
-A resume regarding further education, special courses and experience should accompany the application

HOURS OF WORK:
Rotating start times as per unit schedule. Days of operation Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday.
Shifts may be assigned at Charlton Campus if required.
