Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver direct patient care, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. Monitor vital signs and perform phlebotomy as needed for laboratory tests. Assist in pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Participate in case management activities to facilitate patient transitions across different levels of care.

Experience

Previous hospital experience is preferred, with a focus on acute care settings. Familiarity with pediatrics, home care, senior care, or dementia care is highly desirable. Experience in medical office environments or nursing homes is a plus. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and laboratory processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients of all ages, including children. A commitment to ongoing professional development in nursing practices. Pay: $30.33-$46.08 per hour
