Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including medical offices, nursing homes, and pediatric units. As RN and RPN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and case management. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or (RPN) license in the province of practice. Experience in Long Term Care facilities preferred Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is desirable. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform laboratory procedures and phlebotomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment. Knowledge of case management principles is an advantage. Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
