Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties



Provide comprehensive patient care in diverse settings including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and home care. Administer medications accurately following physician orders and safety protocols. Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings using electronic health record systems like Epic and Cerner. Assist with laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and interpret medical terminology for effective communication. Manage pain control strategies and coordinate case management plans tailored to individual patient needs. Support patients with dementia or senior care requirements, including mobility assistance and behavioral management. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medication regimens, and post-discharge care instructions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications



Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in hospital settings with acute care expertise preferred; experience in nursing homes, assisted living, or home care is a plus. Familiarity with electronic health records such as Epic and Cerner. Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, pain management techniques, and laboratory procedures including phlebotomy. Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, seniors, dementia patients, and those requiring specialized senior or dementia care. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively within healthcare teams. Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for patients' needs.
