Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care environments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and progress, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs. Assist with pain management strategies and provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions. Perform phlebotomy procedures and laboratory tests as necessary. Collaborate with case management teams to ensure continuity of care for patients. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Provide support in pediatrics, senior care, dementia care, and assisted living environments as needed.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology and medication administration. Experience in acute care settings with a focus on patient-centered care. Familiarity with case management processes and pain management techniques. Strong background in home care, hospital experience, or nursing home environments. Ability to work effectively with children and provide compassionate care in pediatric settings. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient assessments.
