Qualifications and Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) - in good standing Comfortable performing and assisting with procedures involving

male genitalia (Urology)

Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent verbal communication and patient-care skills High level of professionalism in presentation and conduct Previous experience in a medical/clinical environment Ability to educate, recommend, and upsell appropriate treatments and products Fluent in English This position is intended for

Daily Responsibilities - Clinical

Perform and assist with

P-Shot (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections

and hair restoration treatments Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and determine appropriate care plans Provide patient education on treatment expectations, procedures, and aftercare Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and sanitization Prepare and stock treatment rooms before each appointment Accurately chart all treatments and update patient profiles in a timely manner Ensure all services comply with clinic standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Daily Responsibilities - Treatment Upselling / Patient Guidance

Provide clear, supportive explanations of services, treatment options, and expected benefits Build strong rapport and trust to help patients feel confident in their care plan Recommend and

upsell appropriate treatment packages

, add-on services, and products based on patient needs Follow up with patients to encourage continuity of care, adherence to treatment plans, and rebooking Maintain accurate records of patient recommendations and treatment-plan upgrades
