Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options. Perform phlebotomy procedures and laboratory tests as required. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Support patients with activities of daily living, offering assistance in both acute care settings and home care environments.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology and nursing practices related to patient care. Experience with pain management techniques and case management strategies. Familiarity with pediatrics, senior care, dementia care, and nursing home experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating strong leadership qualities when needed. Experience in laboratory settings is a plus, along with knowledge of medication administration protocols.
