We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic or Cerner). Assist with pain management strategies and case management for optimal patient outcomes. Engage in pediatric care when necessary, ensuring a family-centered approach. Participate in laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy when required. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in nursing.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous hospital experience preferred; acute care background is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic or Cerner). Experience in pain management, case management, pediatrics, home care, or senior care is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration protocols. Ability to provide compassionate care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and team members. Previous experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is advantageous.
