Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. In this role, you will provide essential medical care, guidance, and support to clients on their recovery journey. Working alongside physicians, therapists, and support staff, you will help deliver holistic, patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to clients during withdrawal management and rehabilitation. Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and administer medications in alignment with clinical guidelines. Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate clients and families on health, wellness, and relapse prevention. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Respond effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies. Uphold professional standards and promote a culture of respect and dignity.
Qualifications

Current registration with the

College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

. BScN or equivalent degree in nursing. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (addiction, mental health, or acute care experience an asset). Knowledge of substance use disorders and concurrent mental health conditions. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
