Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as required. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Provide case management services for patients requiring ongoing care or support. Support pediatric patients and their families through compassionate care and effective communication. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and best practices in nursing.

Experience

Previous hospital experience in acute care settings is preferred. Familiarity with pain management techniques and practices is advantageous. Experience in pediatrics, home care, nursing homes, or senior care environments is highly valued. Knowledge of dementia care principles is a plus. Proficiency in medical office procedures and laboratory experience is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children and families are essential.
