Med-Surg and ER Nurses (including New Grads)

for a

600-Bed Trauma II Hospital in Alabama

with full

TN Visa Sponsorship

Position Highlights

Med-Surg & ER positions available Will consider

New Graduates

Shifts:

3 x 12 hours (Days or Nights)

2 weeks orientation + 12 weeks training

Overtime available

2-year commitment required

Transfer options to other departments after -6 months

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary:

$30 USD/hr+ DOE

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

(paid in first paycheck - repay if leaving before 1 year)

$8,000 Relocation Reimbursement

(Lump Sum) for airfare, housing lease, utilities, car, groceries, etc. (repay if leaving voluntarily or terminated for cause)

$12,000 Performance Bonus

(paid monthly over 12 months, no repayment required if you leave early)

Green Card sponsorship after 6 months

of satisfactory employment (hospital pays for employee; dependents at own cost)

Visa Screen Certificate

CES Report for Alabama BON

English exam

Alabama RN License

(reimbursed) Fingerprinting, SSN, AL State ID upon arrival
