Nova Scotia Travel Nurse Position: Registered Nurse

MernaCare Inc. is currently building a pool of qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for upcoming travel and short-term contract opportunities across Canada.
The RN is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of nursing care. The RN provides clinical leadership particularly in complex or unpredictable patient/client care settings. The RN has the knowledge, skill and judgment needed to provide competent, evidence-based nursing practice. As a member of a collaborative care team, the RN works with other disciplines to coordinate care to achieve patient/family outcomes. The RN contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the service/unit and coordination of patient care. The RN complies with documentation processes of the facilitie.
Hourly rate:$70-100/hour (based on experiene)

Additional compensation: Paid travel mileage
Location: Various locations in Canada.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active RN or LPN license in Canada
. Flexible and willing to travel
Minimum 2 years nursing experience within Canada
Basic Life Support- Level C (Health Care Provider ("HCP")) Certification
Current and clean Driver's Abstract
Willingness to work shift work, including days, nights and evenings
Clear and valid CRC with VSS dated within the last 90 days
HHS is not seeking to recruit nurses employed by NSHA; but, looking to fill contract roles to meet the short-term needs of the health care system.
