Job Overview

Tez Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and community-based care to clients. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in accordance with individualized care plans, medical directives, and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, deliver, and monitor individualized client care. Prepare comprehensive reports to assess and track clients' recovery, ensuring timely identification of progress and areas requiring additional support Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out prescribed treatments with a focus on safety and client comfort. Assist clients with activities of daily living when required, such as mobility support, hygiene, and nutritional needs. Guide and support care team members, ensuring client care is carried out according to established plans and professional standards. Identify and report any changes in a client's health status, escalating concerns to physicians or other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (proof required) Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) CPR certification will be an asset Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
