About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate care to residents while working alongside a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents
Develop and coordinate patient care plans
Supervise care team members and ensure compliance with best practices

Respond promptly to emergencies and changing patient needs
Support and mentor fellow healthcare team members
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Missouri RN license (or willingness to obtain before employment)
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice, home care, or med-surg
Canadian-trained nurses must have:
Passed the NCLEX
Valid Visa Screen Certificate
TOEFL (if required)
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
