Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in ICU to join our team in B.C Canada. Based in your local area, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care aligned with our mission to improve health outcomes and support our community.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients.

Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Document patient information meticulously and maintain confidentiality. Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license for the province of practice.

Proven ICU or acute care experience.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient monitoring. Experience with electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
