Your Opportunity:
Home Care Case Manager provides service to clients in the lodges & their homes in Spirit River & surrounding area. This position is currently assigned to lodges and community Experience in seniors\' health and Resident Assessment Instrument-Home Care training is an asset. Candidate must be willing to change assignments as needed to service lodge and community clients. You must have a valid driver\'s license and be comfortable driving in all-weather/road conditions. You must have a reliable vehicle with business insurance for work purposes. You must be willing to work alone and/or with limited supervision. You must be willing to workdays/ evenings/weekends/stats/on-call and both short and long shifts. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive approach both with clients and peers. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, Alberta Health Services currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
