Site: St. Joseph's Hospital

Shifts: Days

Rate of Pay: $39.07 - $56.00 per hour

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses Wound, Ostomy, Continence Certified (Canada) Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the assessment and management of clients with wounds, ostomies and urinary incontinence Extensive experience in assessing incontinence and providing strategies and education to clients and/or caregivers Three to five years experience in the area of wound, ostomy and continence care required Proficient understanding of the field of virtual care, or a willingness to learn Superior organizational skills and ability to set priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Demonstrated regular attendance at work

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
