Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Assume leadership and work in collaboration LPN's and PCA's (caregivers)to assure provision of resident care. Direct the caregivers in managing issues during the shift. Accountable to ensure that they and all staff members adhere to the policies and procedures of the Pine Grove Nursing Home, Department of Social Development Standards, and the NB Health and Safety Act. Assumes the authority to resolve all issues during their shift and immediately reports the issues and resulting actions to the Director of Care or Administrator. Practice in a manner consistent with professional, ethical and legal guidelines of practice.
Job Type: Casual

Pay: $52.91-$55.57 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
