Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - ICU to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional critical care to our patients. Located in a supportive environment, this role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and aligning with our commitment to compassionate healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services. Stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
