Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, home care, and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, pain management evaluations, and laboratory tests as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care. Support case management processes by coordinating care transitions and follow-up services. Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatrics, senior care, dementia care, and acute care settings. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and best practices in nursing protocols.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous hospital experience is preferred; experience in home care or assisted living is a plus. Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and laboratory procedures is advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is desirable. Strong understanding of pain management strategies and acute care practices. Experience working with children or in pediatric settings is beneficial. Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
