Position Overview:
Solara Health Partners is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, client-centered care across a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities, retirement communities, and hospitals. Core Responsibilities:
? Deliver comprehensive nursing and personal care in alignment with clinical best practices, internal policies, and provincial RN scope of practice
? Assess residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive health needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the resident and/or substitute decision maker
? Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident responses, and document all care activities in accordance with regulatory standards
? Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RPNs/LPNs and PSWs/HCAs, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care
? Support and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, contributing to holistic and person-centered care planning
? Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clarity, trust, and collaborative decision-making
? Uphold infection prevention, health and safety protocols, and emergency response procedures to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
? Contribute to the education and professional development of the care team by participating in training sessions, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Must Haves:
? Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent
? Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse
? Current CPR and First Aid Certification
? Vulnerable Sector Police Check (completed within the past 6-12 months)
? TB test results (within 1 year)
? Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and complete immunization record
? Access to reliable transportation across the GTA
? Availability to work a schedule of flexible hours and all shifts inclusive of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
