Role Description
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Nurses to join our healthcare team in Kelowna. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, immediate care to patients requiring urgent medical attention.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on medical urgency
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Provide compassionate and efficient care in a dynamic emergency setting
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (required)
• Proven experience in Emergency or Critical Care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
