Are you looking to be part of an interdisciplinary clinic that's efficient, innovative, and values every team member's expertise?
Would you like a role where your recommendations as an RN are not only heard but
highly valued
?
Are you passionate about diabetes care or eager to learn more? Do you enjoy helping patients manage chronic conditions using the latest evidence and best practices?
At The Mercer Clinic, our MOA-MD-allied health team works closely together to deliver
personalized, efficient care
within the realities of today's medical system. Patients are guided to understand that
the whole team supports them
, rather than valuing only the MD portion of their visit.
We love
thinking outside the box
: how we prepare patients for visits, gather health histories, and provide education. If you're someone who spots inefficiencies and wants to help fix them, this role is for you!
Don't like the patient intake forms? You'll have time in your week to change them.
Think our patient handouts could be better? Let's work together to improve them.
