As part of Trillium Health Partners (THP) 10 year strategic plan, we continue to maintain our commitment to build and strengthen an environment for people to not only realize their professional potential but also continue to contribute to our hospital mission - A New Kind of Health Care for a Healthier Community.
Trillium Health Partners is once again looking to Invest in Our People (IIOP) by expanding our expertise in the area of Critical Care. We are offering qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) the opportunity to take the Critical Care Certificate Program by paying for their tuition and supporting their time while they attend the program.
This program is designed for RNs with a desire to learn and advance their skills. We are devoted to ensuring the best learning experiences and developing future members of our critical care team. On completion of the IIOP program, participants will have foundational, theoretical and practical critical care knowledge and experiences for a successful start as a novice critical care RN. This program requires a significant commitment from both THP and the RN.
To meet this goal, THP is collaborating with Michener Institute to provide the critical care nurse certification course (11 weeks). Michener is a leading academic institution in Ontario. It is known for its small class sizes, faculty who are experienced health care professionals, and flexible supportive learning formats.
