REGISTERED NURSE - Night Shift

Starting Wage (commensurate with experience) - $39.07 - $56.00

As a member of the interprofessional team RNs provide comprehensive, quality and patient-centered care to patients and families in our transitional, geriatric rehabilitation and medically complex programs. Using a Primary Nursing Model RNs deliver high quality care including assisting patients with activities of daily living, administering medications, performing health teaching, and providing wound and palliative care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting (rehabilitation focus) Experience in geriatrics and rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills that reflect patient centeredness, problem solving and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently, and as part of an inter-professional team Excellent knowledge of standards of rehabilitation nursing practice Demonstrated ability to identify and meet own learning needs for pursue ongoing professional development COVID Vaccination Mandatory (2 Doses)
