Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated clinician with expertise in assessment, monitoring, and compassionate communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation assistance offered to help you join our supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans Monitor, document, and interpret patients' vital signs with accuracy and attention to detail Administer medications safely and in accordance with established protocols Provide expert wound care management, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams both verbally and in writing Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery expectations, and health maintenance Adhere to all clinical policies, regulatory guidelines, and best practice standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio or eligibility for Ohio licensure Proven proficiency in patient assessment and care planning Expertise in monitoring and interpreting vital signs Strong competency in medication administration and documentation Demonstrated wound care skills across various patient populations Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher Prior experience in acute, long-term, or rehabilitation care settings Certification in wound care or related specialty (e.g., WOCN)
