Role: Casual Nurse for At-Home Ketamine Therapy

. In this role, you'll empower clients to achieve profound transformations in their mental health--all within the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do:



As a Casual Nurse, you'll be at the heart of our clients' healing journey. Your role includes:

Client-Centred Care

Administer intramuscular or intranasal ketamine to new and maintenance clients. Conduct thorough assessments, including mental status exams and vital signs. Deliver therapeutic support for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addiction, chronic pain, eating disorders, and more. Maintain client dignity and ensure a safe, supportive environment throughout treatment. Document all interactions accurately and confidentially using EMR (JaneApp).

Flexibility & Autonomy

Travel to client homes to provide care and monitor their progress. Manage your own schedule with flexibility to meet client needs. Coordinate client appointments and manage communications.

About You:



Experience

1+ years of experience in Mental Health is preferred. Passionate about mental health care and committed to innovation.

Skills

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Registered and in good standing with the

BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Competitive Compensation

Earn $67/hour with additional compensation for extended travel.

Travel & Scheduling:



Sessions include 1.5 hours of travel (45 minutes each way) and 1.5 hours on-site. Travel beyond the standard 1.5-hour round trip is compensated on a case-by-case basis. Work with new clients once or twice weekly for 3 weeks; flexible scheduling for maintenance clients.
