About our Unit:
1D is a 55 bed specialized unit comprised of rehab patients and sub-acute geriatric patients.
We are a skilled group of rehabilitation healthcare professionals who strive for excellence in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Our goal-focused therapy guides our patients in their journey to independence and reintegration into community. Our team works diligently towards improving the physical, cognitive and communication problems caused by an injury or illness. We work with our patients to improve their quality of life and support their desire to return to meaningful activities.
Our patient\xe2\x80\x99s success is optimized by self-motivation, active participation and family support.
